Jon Hansen of Global School Operations (GSO) conducted an Admissions process and Enrollment Management workflow audit for The American School of Milan in 2022. He was thorough, thoughtful, and curious in his interview process, and demonstrated superb systems, financial, and practice thinking as well as fluency in our key software applications in his feedback and ongoing coaching of our leadership team.

 

Jon's extensive report provided 60+ actionable suggestions for workflow and customer-experience improvements. He has been conscientious and generous with follow-up support (both onsite and remotely) and continues to be available as a sounding board for operations questions for our leaders.

 

He's a generous and true partner. Our school's confidence is so high with his objective services that we also engaged him to return to ASM in March 2025 to perform a holistic Financial Operations audit. This yielded exceptional quality and clear deliverables for our school; especially in light of today's enrollment dynamics matched with any school's continuing need to feel financially healthy. The report delivered will guide us to a better financial place. We will again work with him in the 2025/26 school year for a deeper look into our Facilities and School Services strategies, confident that the revenue and expense foundation that GSO has already delivered will serve us well in this focused opportunity discovery.
