American School of The Hague (ASH)

GSO and Jon led the digitization of the Admissions Office at the American School of The Hague (ASH). As part of this effort, he customized and implemented an entirely new technology platform and effectively trained key users across ASH.

 

During this critical project, which he completed on time and within budget, just before the COVID pandemic, he also proposed and implemented key strategies to help strengthen best practices and ensure a strong customer journey through the entire admissions funnel. He left no stone unturned and comprehensively assessed the entire operation and strategic direction to arrive at the right solution for the school and community.

 

This digitization turned out to be very timely, as ASH transitioned to both offsite learning and operations during the global multi-year COVID crisis.  

 

He also provided valuable strategic and tactical insight to the ASH Leadership Team and key stakeholders across the school on various other business operations topics and practices. 

 

A savvy and creative design thinker, Jon is positive, flexible, adaptable and a great team player who quickly builds positive confidence and breaks down silos to go deep and arrive at an aligned and evolved solution and ongoing practice. I'd welcome the opportunity to work with him and GSO again soon.
